The Puck Project

A small caravan is carrying the integrity questionnaire to the
villages and towns in your region – uniting people around the
overall question: who do we want to be as humanity and what
is yours and mine in it to do?

Integrity For Future goes on tour

“The Puck Project” is part of Integrity For Future, a global initiative aiming for not less than re-instating the trustworthiness of humankind.

The initiative was founded by trauma therapist, humanist scholar and systems thinker Ann La-Forker in 2021. In search for an appropriate answer to the lost sense for agency and hope in many of her clients in view of the global disruptions we are facing she was looking for a way to bridge our social fragmentations. She chose to unite our species around the question of the questions: who do we want to be as humanity?

To meet as many people from as different social and cultural backgrounds as possible Ann started traveling with her integrity questionnaire, which is a set of 5 – 15 questions that allow for a deep personal exploration of ones perception and lived experiences with “integrity”.

Ann decided to start the journey where human history began, on the African continent, namely at the socalled “cradle of humanity”. This is why the first adventurous travel with Integrity For Future started in South Africa.

The experience encouraged her to keep on going. One of the most important learnings was how important the personal encounter is. Thinking about a possibility to make it more accessible in her region the idea of a mobile project office came up. This is when in 2025 “The Puck” came into play.

Listening to 8 billion people on our planet seems to be a quite impossible thing. And where would you start? At least you have to start somewhere …

What the Puck?

The power of small

“Puck” is the label of the smallest caravan edition of the legendary German Caravan pioneer ERIBA and was built in the early 1960s, a time when the world went through quite some turbulences. Leaders in the civil rights movement such as Martin Luther King Jr. stood up with a moral call for justice and reconciliation, connected to a broader global fight against any kind of oppression.

And we are going even further. Beyond morals Integrity For Future seeks to invite a living discourse amongst all of us, proposing a ritual that can be carried on by future generations.

This is the spirit that comes alive with “Puck”. The small caravan is both. An open interface with the world and a safe space for an intimate exploration of what the integrity questionnaire might offer in terms of personal encouragement and support.

the first engagement

Spring 2025: thanks to the support of some passionate people who helped funding the purchase of the small caravan we could pick up “Puck” in the North of Germany and bring it home to Staufen to prepare it for its new destination.

The branding was just finished when a beautiful invitation came in. In July the rolling office hit the road for the first time to carry the integrity questions to the Global SME Summit in Davos.

The Puck coming to your town is as much an invitation for the people passing by to engage spontaneously as it is the place for an intimate reflection of ones deeper values, mirrored by a non-judging other.

Take a stand in your community and invite us to your place. If the distance is too far to come with the caravan there is still the possibility to have just me coming over to facilitate an Integrity Lab on site. We could even think about an online version.
